Pros
Small company, good onshore office locations
Cons
This is not a start up, that is, the profits are not reinvested in growth which seem to be stalling after 4 years. Boasting of never needing to raise money, since the company has a near agency model with only a couple of major clients without any product defensibility/IP, it’s quite probable that they wouldn’t be able to even if they wanted to, at least not at a valuation that is any multiple of the revenue since the top line rev is shared, with Airfind having a small percent of it.
Other cultural issues like lack of transparency and shared vision further plague the company to
the extent that its linear growth has finally stalled and employee retention, especially middle management is a concern.
Most of the development and operation is handled by offshore contractors or junior onshore employees that the company cycles through every so often.
