Cons
As SA, you'll be juggling multiple customers across pre-sales, onboarding, activation, and maintenance stages. Time and task management is critical. Because of the vast number of new clients, new features, new projects each day, knowledge sharing is playing catch-up. We are aware and we are actively solving!
