      The travel pay , the perdiume, the completion bonuses

      Cons

      Only work 6 months out of the year. Three months off in the winter months , 3 months off in the summer months .

      Pros

      Airtek is a very well run, family oriented private business. They offer good benefits and treat their people well.

      Cons

      Overly churchy, which, for most people in rural AL is not unusual or a deal breaker, but could be off-putting if you are not an evangelical Christian or from the South.
