Pros
Free parking, so that's cool.
Cons
Aires is a pressure cooker waiting to blow. When you’re first brought on at aires, it's all sunshine and rainbows. You get to wear jeans to work! WOW! So progressive! It only takes a few weeks to realize you've made a terrible mistake by accepting a role with them. Your work load is always under review by management. If you work hard and keep your nose clean, you'll be rewarded with more work from other employees who seemingly can't do their job. Management does this on purpose to breed resentment among its employees. Any opportunity to manipulate you into thinking your colleagues are not pulling their weight, management will gladly take advantage of. This is gaslighting, plain and simple. Not only that, if you ask for help you'll never receive it. Management views asking for help as a sign of weakness and often as a sick joke, they'll load you up with even more work. Get ready for late nights and questionable overtime pay practices. Not exactly kosher with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. This should give anyone pause if they are considering working here. This place is driven solely by money. Don’t let management fool you into believing you’re making a difference, you’re not. You are a number at this company and nothing more. You're their meal ticket to wealth and unchecked greed. They will take advantage of good people, use them up, then show them the door. This place has bled a lot of talent and it’s a crying shame how they treat people and pay people here. Management is not your friend. Their motives are questionable, their tactics manipulative and their backgrounds murky. You’d be amazed at what you can find out about them through public registries. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned.
