Great company and leadership with grate benefits

alignement with the Brazilian office wasn't always the best experience.

I was looking for a startup-like environment where I get to grow without too much pre-existing structures. This is the place! I'm glad that I found it. The flip side of this is that while I wanted a more dynamic, growth-oriented workplace, I don't want to work 80 hours a week as I've done before. Airfox provides a nice balance between the two. I also love the culture and the friendships that I've developed here. We're doing a banQi band currently! A bunch of us are playing music together. Note: Musical skills are not required for prospective employees. :)

Growth support is lacking. While growth opportunity abound, it takes you a lot of initiative and self-determinism to get what you want to get out of working here. If you're looking for a strong mentorship program, this may not be the place for you. I personally have been putting more mentorship-like structures with my teammates, to some degrees of success. But truth be told, this is a growing startup. We simply don't have the resources to provide close, well-structured mentorship.
