      Not much, the local staff were nice

      Cons

      No one really wanted to train, no one wanted to help, the company didn't care about racism in my local workplace or misogyny at the local level. The pay and benefits were terrible.

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
