My direct supervisor and manager are great and flexible with my schedule. My team members are great.
Cons
Pay scale compared to other companies is a joke. Most employees though once we merged with Air Liquide, a French company, that our salaries and benefits would get better. We were wrong. 401K match is only 0.5% up to your 4% contribution. Cost to have dependent or spouse on health insurance is more than double, plus a $100 per month fee if insurance is offered through your spouse's employer. No longer are we able to purchase company stock. Same crap vacation and sick time benefits. The most one can ever make on a pay increase from the yearly review is 3%, if you get a perfect score. If you are above average, 2%, and anything below that only 1%. Company is cutting back on travel and event spending, so moral has become low. No room for advancement.
