      Good work load and a lot of time flexibility, stable job you can keep if you are not wanting to grow Building is nice, clean, free coffee

      Cons

      managers promote only their favorite ((who don’t know anything and contribute to nothing)) If you are not a favorite you will not be promoted High turnover rate No training manuals
