This is a true employee first company. I have been here for around 5 weeks now and everything that was promised to me in the interview is the way things are done around here. It is a work environment that where we collaborate and . My voice and ideas are heard, appreciated and implemented. I have grown so much already here and feel fortunate, daily, when I log into work.

That I didn't start working here sooner. The only thing I could think would be a con is that some may be looking for work that isn't remote.
