I'm really sorry you have had a bad experience during our interview process.
We work really hard to ensure that we provide consistent and transparent communication to everyone who shows an interest in working with us.
Whilst there's no excuse for not providing interview feedback, we have been incredibly busy lately, and on this occasion unfortunately we seem to have dropped the ball.
