Pros

- wifi marketing and analytics is a growing area - downtown office - friendly co-workers

Cons

- CEO: Quite honestly, a poor excuse for a leader and human being. Non existant social skills, treats alot of his workers in a distasteful manner. Does not generally respect people other than those he believes are of the same social and financial status as himself. He is also a massive micro manager. The less said about him the better, have a look at some of the other reviews: They all highlight how much of a disaster it is to work for him. - CTO: Very two faced guy, will say one thing to you one day and will then come back and say something completely different the next day. He is also known to hire his own friends and personal associates and favouring them. Nepotism? The CTO is also very passive aggressive in his approach to any kind of feedback/conflict; he does not have the courage to speak to you to the face regarding any issue. instead he will send you a passive aggressive personal message on email or messenger but wont address the issue in person. He's not as impersonable as CEO, but working with him is not great as his methods never inspire confidence.

Pros

Best reason to work here is the team. I think the people here are very nice and objective, and they would go out of their way to help you. I haven't seen anyone stepping on others to show off their skills. I believe the company sees the value of each person here as well. The management team is composed of smart people that gave me confidence that the company will be stable for the next few years given that it was initially a startup company. Other additional benefits: There are one on one meetings every week with our director. Mobile stipend of up to around 60 bucks (pretty great deal) Monthly lunches and snacks are always available. Frequent trainings are provided They are also interested in helping your career growth and promotes people to higher roles. Our HR Director and Office Manager also show great initiative and tries to make everyone happy.

Cons

Like everyone else, I also checked the negative Glassdoor reviews. However, my experience was actually quite the opposite. There are some rooms for improvement, but nothing as major as other's review here.

Pros

Remote work, internet reimbursement, that’s it

Cons

Bad management. Bad business practices. I am very glad I left this company. Ofc if you don’t have any job take this, but if you have other options- this is your sign- don’t!
