4yThanks very much for the feedback. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t positive. We’ve gone through a number of changes recently as we’ve integrated Aite Group with Novarica to become Aite-Novarica Group. Our goal has been to improve systems, benefits, and workflows, wherever possible. One of these changes was to move to a fully remote workforce and make office work optional. This was about offering flexibility. Our Boston office remains open and people are encouraged to work from there, if they want.
Change is never easy and with the very active talent market, we have seen some turnover. We care a lot about our people and we’re incorporating feedback to make sure we're a place where they choose to stay.
