Pros

People are nice (except the managers) Co-work space environment

Cons

I have heard from fellow artists this company is infamous for delaying a game up to years and paying low for freelance artwork jobs. I need a full time job, so I joined them anyway. Pay is slightly lower than average with no benefits/double pay whatsoever. Glad I left this hell quick. They don't have any middle management. Work schedules are messy and change a lot. The boss had no experience in art or development but has a lot of ideas and comments. Even worse, all of their managers are unprofessional, spending most of their time bragging about how good they are and how terrible everyone is (except few lucky ones/flatterers). Each time they have a meeting means things are changing again. There is no sense of achievement in this company. You create pieces of work, later things are changing again, what you made will never see the light of day. Did I mention that mobile game they have worked on for three years is nowhere near finish? Every time I heard of a new release date here, some people just gave me a "that again" face, This tells the story here. Some of the managers yell a lot and humiliates their employees. They make up reasons to blame people working under them for the delays because they are not meeting standards. Truth is these managers have no idea what they want, terrible at communication and change their mind every few hours or days. I heard some of my colleagues have serious depression due to toxic bosses, they don't have a choice otherwise they would just leave. Working for this company is nothing but a waste of time even for fresh graduates.

Pros

Nice colleague and free snacks

Cons

Management is a mess—they don’t know what they want, frequently change their minds, and struggle to convey clear messages. They demand high standards, but the pay is low. People are frequently fired, with the official reason being poor job performance. In reality, the root causes are mismanagement and poor business strategies, which result in product finalization issues and low sales. Instead of addressing this, management shifts the blame onto employees.
