Management at Aiwyn treats human capital as entirely disposable line items. Following their massive VC injections and aggressive acquisition strategy, the internal culture has devolved into an unsustainable, high-pressure meat grinder. Expectation management from leadership is fundamentally broken. They demand a relentless execution pace that forces severe burnout, showing an absolute lack of professional empathy or basic human decency toward employees dealing with health, recovery, or personal crises. Instead of building stable infrastructure to support their rapid scaling, leadership enforces a culture of panic and artificial urgency. The corporate strategy feels less like building a sustainable, long-term software platform and more like inflating operational metrics and perceived growth at all costs to keep private equity investors satisfied. The structural disorganization is hidden behind a polished exterior, but the internal reality is high attrition, fractured engineering practices, and zero respect for worker well-being. Furthermore, during my tenure, I witnessed the organization maintain a systematically deceptive hiring pipeline. Leadership consistently dragged external candidates through an arbitrary, high-stakes interview process for positions that lacked an actual pathway to employment. These loops frequently appeared to serve as a thin veil to project artificial growth to private equity backers, or worse, to harvest free intellectual property and architectural solutions from senior candidates under the guise of an assessment. It is a highly exploitative practice that drains the market's time and trust.
