Little work load, higher management is friendly.

There is no clear direction for the employees. The work is ad-hoc, there is no focus on what is to be accomplished and very little information is shared with employees. Overall it is a very miserable place for an employee. There is no HR department to manage the employees which means there is no appraisal or evaluation and hence no increment or bonuses either. The atmosphere is very dry and there is very little to look forward to, it's as dull as it can get. There are no activities to promote a healthy environment for the employees.

Good office space, Management fosters learning, and the CEO is a delight to work with.

Employees are underpaid and salaries get delayed.
