Micromanagement and a Toxic Environment; 0/10 Wouldn't Recommend - Anonymous employee Akima Employee Review

The overall environment was bad once my company was acquired. The new manager micromanaged us and expected us to pull weight that simply wasn't there. I also had to shrink my skill set in order to perform my duties. Before acquisition, I was able to put my hands in all sectors of my department. I wouldn't mind going back, just not under the same manager.
