Pay is decent. Get a chance to work on different contracts to support. Stable company that's been around for awhile. Employee perks.
Cons
No upward mobility. Benefits ok but not the best. HR dept. could be better. A lot of manual processes. There is no quick turnaround. Have to send email for everything. Leadership have their favorites so can't take it personal.
Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.
Cons
Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources.
Benefits are very minimal.
