      You are not treated as a human being. Management does not care. All focus is on $-numbers and the bottom line. Benefits not that great, and pay could be way better.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
