Some of the long term employees are great, and really know their stuff. However, Management is the literal opposite, and don't know or understand anything beyond the surface.

There are simply so many. The management make knee jerk changes to the company without thinking through the consequences. It's like they are deliberately sabotaging the company. They talk about how the company is going to be sold soon, but unless it goes for £1 then I can't see it happening - who would want to buy this train wreck? I suspect their plan is to sell the IP only, and lay everyone off and liquidate what is left of Akixi Limited, so that the "buyers" get the tech without the liabilities. It's a joke, it really is. If you are so much as thinking about accepting a job offer, look at these reviews and run away as fast as you can, before it's too late.

The only "pro" is the unintended comedy of watching leadership gamble the company’s future on AI buzzwords they can't define.

Since the 2025 takeover, the shift toward greed and prepping for a sale is undeniable. Management’s recent response here is pure gaslighting; claiming a 33-point engagement spike is shamelessly misleading when that survey was strategically timed before the redundancies to manufacture a fake mandate. Since then, they’ve been totally tone-deaf, ignoring staff needs while steering the company into a ditch. We’re witnessing a Dunning-Kruger masterclass: a leadership team obsessed with an 'AI transformation' they clearly don’t understand, taking massive risks with zero governance or a coherent roadmap. The outlook for the next few months is dire. 'Cringe' doesn't even cover it—it’s embarrassing to watch the products go backwards while we're treated like disposable numbers on a spreadsheet.
