Being associated with Akrivia was beneficial for my career. My team was really good. Lots of learning and innovation. As a fresher, this was a good launchpad for me. I was provided structured training and space to understand the work. The company considers employee welfare. They try to balance work with fun and arrange different activities for team engagement.
