Uncountable cons.bad leave policies,salary deduction,delay in salary,no work,no job security,you will feel as slave on daily basis,you may fire anytime without reason.if you don't have any other option than you should try somewhere else instead that company.
Company owner suffering some mental problem I think.
No salary hike ,no icreaments.
You cannot discuss the work, you need to understand the mood of owner .also his mood always in abnormal state.
There is no meanings of your skills and experience.
Tech team is worst as well.
In case you join the company sooner or later you will be fired one day.
