Pros
This company is as laid back as they get and you can pretty much get paid for just showing up and doing the bare minimum. There are decent size bonuses throughout the year.
Cons
Management caves to loudest whiners and never progresses company forward. The company sells Software and It Services but the entirety of management are ex-sales and not Application Consultants or IT Personal. All there priority and decisions are in the heat of the moment and based on how they feel at that moment and not in logic. No structure to allow for employee growth.
