      Good salary, very big on engagement, good benefits especially at the top levels of middle management and above, flexibility

      Cons

      Can be slightly "clicky" within some businesses within the group Promotion can be based on who you know rather than what you know, as with many places

      Paid time off, schedule, pay

      Cons

      Poor management, favoritism, incompetence in management and hourly associates, discrimination, lack of training. If you are stupid and a yes man then this is the perfect place for you
