Extremely unreasonable working environment. Ask the employees to stay back even when there is no work to show the top bosses. The superiors are not helpful. No transparency and change the profile of candidates after promising them a decent profile. Employee welfare is something this organisation does not even know how to spell. They forcefully ask the employees to work for 12-14 hours and do not even think about their food or refreshment. What a nice way to run the company!!
