      Pros

      Wonderful direct reports. Fair pay. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Mid-level executive came in and basically destroyed the positive atmosphere. Admittedly, the High Point site had some performance issues, but the promised support never came. Much hard work was undone. Good people leaving; some by choice.

      Great standard continuous improvement 'package' that provided a consistent approach at all AN sites.

      Cons

      None. It was a great experience. Lot of travel, but well worth it.
