Project good but management very poor

Work no tenstion but no increment poor and bad masri management

They give our salary every month , they provide a good uniforms

Alqussie hired us in phillipines as a service crew , but we know that they will transfer us to Byo japanese restaurants because this is the real job we talk about, we finish the contract untill now we are in Alqussie. Then if we want to go vacation they want us to pay first the plain ticket the we can take it when we come back or you can go vacation if someone wants to be your guarantor .
