Pros
Well, I cant think of any PROS about this firm. Every single minute, there is a constant sword hanging over your head and add to that the uncertainty over the salary. All the time during my short tenure in this company, the question raging in my mind was " When re they gonna pay me my dues??"
Cons
No longtime strategy nor any forward thinking. The MD of the company keeps issuing bizarre MEMOS about Pantry drainage pipes getting clogged and what not. They recruit new people and axe them without any reason, all within 4 months. People sitting at the top have no idea about managing a firm, they just react on advice of the people they like to hear, totally oblivious to the reality on ground. Salaries of most people is delayed by over a month.
