Pros
Learned a lot while there. Very much a self-starter culture. Would recommend people only apply if they can deal with long hours and very direct bosses
Cons
Very long hours and mediocre pay. Management over promise and under deliver on salaries and bonuses. Analyst roles are particularly badly paid vs. bulge bracket banks or NY firms. The new merger did not bring a right-size of costs. Some real jerks at the VP & Director levels.
