      Cons

      Where to start there are so many! No career advancement, poor communication, inexperienced faculty. Poor administration. HR non existent!

      Pros

      Students are lovely. Management is very capable, Good Salary and good team. Goal-directed with space for initiative and good training opportunities. A young college and training company that constantly improves and acts with integrity.

      Cons

      The usual job insecurity. No respect for contractual hours.
