      Pros

      - Pay salaries on time. - Although remotely, it was nice to work with other expat academics from different countries and cultures.

      Cons

      - They do not provide any pay-slips?!? - Emails go unanswered. - HR staff members are not actually qualified to work in HR. - You don’t get expenses reimbursed. - They see WhatsApp as a professional medium to communicate?! And they message at any hour/7 days a week. - They lie and make promises; the reality is very different. - The most unprofessional workplace I have ever worked in.

      Pros

      Students are lovely. Management is very capable, Good Salary and good team. Goal-directed with space for initiative and good training opportunities. A young college and training company that constantly improves and acts with integrity.

      Cons

      The usual job insecurity. No respect for contractual hours.
