Pros

Not too stressful working schedule on a daily basis.

Cons

No support with onboarding Foreign staff forced to fend for themselves in finding housing, transportation, getting iqama in a timely manner. Poor Salary and Benefits No housing or transportation provided. Housing and transportation stipends are grossly deficient for local housing cost. Female staff have limited housing options near campus and will find it even more difficult to find and pay for affordable housing. Average cost for rental car is 3,000 SAR monthly. Average cost for basic housing is 3,000 SAR monthly. Staff must pay for their own entry/exit visas which can be hundreds of dollars a year. The university's medical insurance is the lowest acceptable level permitted and is not accepted at many clinics and hospitals. Withholding of payments Employees in multiple departments would have difficulty being paid on time or receiving end of service benefits if they quit. Salary and benefits often with held in order to force employees to agree to receiving less benefits/money at departure. Some employees waited months to be paid and had to resort to numerous emails, meetings, shouting, tears and begging just to receive their paychecks.

Pros

Students are lovely. Management is very capable, Good Salary and good team. Goal-directed with space for initiative and good training opportunities. A young college and training company that constantly improves and acts with integrity.

Cons

The usual job insecurity. No respect for contractual hours.
