As a young woman, you will get mocked, ignored, and made an example of Older, Albanian men will get better sections/tables/treatment The owner hates most of his employees and looks at you like poo on his shoe Restaurant is unorganized with events getting finalized last minute Management does not advocate for their wait staff There is no room for you to place your belongings safely Wait staff must always be standing, off their phones, cannot drink water or use the bathroom unless its an emergency during operating hours, and nothing is allowed in back pockets of uniform (micromanagement much) If you're sick or in an emergency you will still be expected to show up You will be fed expired and/or unedible food for staff lunch to cut costs
