Leadership are pompous, condescending self absorbed bullies. The worst part is that they don't deserve to be - less than impressed with the intelligence levels found in the old boys club. Many managers are inexperienced and seem to have no idea what they're doing. Staff are often stressed and are obviously fearful of their supervisors. I saw lots of mistakes made because of over confidence of management ruling with an iron fist and underconfidence in their staff.
