      Pros

      A lot of passionate staff here, and a lot of great mid-level leaders. Work-life balance is a real thing, and ample vacation time available. Pretty good benefits. Some hope that new leadership will right this ship.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is out of touch with staff and reality of our current situation (ICORE investigations). Low morale. Five years without a pay increase.

      Overall good benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Incredibly unprofessional leadership without an understanding of how to effectively lead a team. Unethical behaviors and a hypocritical culture of being a people first oriented when they treat employees with disdain. I've worked in several other organizations and this is by far the worst environment I've been a part of.
