Work-life balance at this organization is all talk and no action. Politics, bureaucracy, and power dynamics rule this place (this includes HR). Bullying from management runs rampant. There are lots of managers, not leaders. If you are hoping to learn something new or constructive here, look elsewhere. The only thing you'd learn from managers here is: this is the type of leader that you want to avoid becoming.
