      Not many that I can think off.

      Cons

      Very bad patient/nurse ratio. Poor management of mostly of the stations. Toxic environment overall. Mocking from colleagues was frequent, disrespect as well. Employers were sick all the time. In some stations you might work 11 shifts in a row. No work-life balance. You are expected to live for the job. Shifts ending after 21h, followed by shifts starting at 6h was frequent.

      Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Gehalt o.k., Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, bis zur neuen Führungskraft gutes Betriebsklima

      Nach Führungswechsel katastrophaler Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, 3 Kündigungen in kurzer Zeit, Mitarbeiter werden vor Kollegen in nicht geschäftsmäßigen Ton zurecht gewiesen, kein professioneller Führungsstil.
