Pros
You should have no problem getting plenty of hours/overtime and the hourly pay is great. It was relatively easy to meet my numbers before covid hit the states. Some guys will take time to help you if they see you actually trying.
Cons
Feels like you're on a slave plantation at times. Once you're inside the building you basically can't leave until you're off. Way too long of a walk/process to get from your car to your work area. Some supervisors will follow you around on their carts from time to time. Gotta fight to get your downtime sometimes, talkman doesn't pick up what you say quite often, they will give you less time to pick orders during busy days (70 minute order will be cut down to 55 minutes), gotta get there early to reserve a pallet jack and some will shake as you drive them, some forklift drivers will purposely slow you down, gotta wait to go to the bathroom until break or risk not meeting your numbers, somehow you'll only get heavy orders somedays while some people will get all light wieght orders, you can end up getting scheduled on your days off and work 12 or so days in a row, had to work in a face mask while sweating and trying to talk into a microphone which muffled my words so the talkman would ask me to repeat way too often
