Pros
Engineering department of Albonair has a lot of great people. They are interesting as persons and innovative when it comes to product development and they can be real fun to work with.
Cons
Operational execution at various levels and departments is rather poor instead the administrative and commercial departments developed a silo mentality which isn´t really an advantage for a young company that needs to execute tasks in order to succeed.
