Under the new management, the company has become significantly more serious and professional. I would only recommend working there to those who are prepared to fully commit and dedicate the necessary time

When fully staffed you have more flexibility.

The company keeps you understaffed so you are not able to take time off. They have hired multiple consultants that have not done anything to improve the company.
