      Varied work, interesting products. Some people are really great to work with.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are holding back growth. They dont have the skills to grow themselves and have been there 30 years, them managing in the transformation is preventing success.

      Hi there - I think you may have the wrong company here? We don't have any products and the structure of the business you are referring to seems completely off. We're a young company and as a director of the business who is 30 years of age, I'd be pretty impressed if we had started 30+ years ago!
