Alcidion Response
11moThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we respect the perspectives of former employees, we would like to clarify that several elements of this review are factually inaccurate.
No employee with a tenure exceeding ten years has recently departed from Alcidion UK. Additionally, the claim that the CEO is managing support tickets is incorrect. During a recent leadership transition within the support function, senior leaders provided temporary oversight to ensure continuity of service and support for the team. This involvement was not operational in nature, but rather a reflection of our commitment to maintaining service standards during a period of change.
We also want to acknowledge the concerns raised about working hours. Alcidion operates across multiple regions and time zones, and while flexibility may be required for certain roles to support collaboration, we are committed to ensuring that this is balanced and sustainable. All employees can work flexibly without a formal arrangement. This approach is designed to support employee wellbeing and autonomy, and we continue to review these practices to ensure they meet the needs of our teams. Whilst the global nature of the business requires flexibility, it also creates a fantastic opportunity for people to learn about global health systems, learn from innovation happening in other regions, and help the team develop knowledge and experience whilst continuing to serve our NHS customer base.
We acknowledge that organisational transitions can be challenging, and we are actively working to strengthen communication and support our teams. Alcidion remains committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and psychological safety across all regions.
