      Pros

      Good pay, 401k match. Nice building, I guess. Cafeteria made a great fish sandwich on Fridays. Close proximity to both ball parks.

      Cons

      People in leadership positions with absolutely no leadership capabilities. My boss, her boss and her boss's boss were some of the most arrogant condescending tools I have ever met. I have been in the presence of, and have worked for, some outstanding leaders and mentors, from Sales VP's to CEO's- leadership does not mean talking down to employees. Good leaders motivate people and guide them on the path to a shared vision. A "manager" with a bad attitude and a poor command of the English language did not motivate me.

      Ability to work 100% remote.

      ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
