      Pros

      Working Environment is positive, coworkers are willing to help each other, and senior manager are experienced and trustworthy. Average working experience is 5~6 years.

      Cons

      USB technology maybe not in high demands, but current market still has some uses. Knowledge sharing needs improving. But people are friendly, and are more than willing to help. Pay is a little below average.
