The atmosphere is very good for learning. Employees are like a family together. My boss does not give me hard time and he is very understandable and helpful.

As of now, I have not faced any cons.

Company has gone through many changes since 2013 which was inevitable. Amazing co-workers who are respectful to each other and passionate about their job. Its a small company so you will learn a lot - critical element for young talent. There are not many companies in the world who makes SystemVerilog simulator - Aldec is one of them - so you will be working with cutting edge technology and very smart people. Salary and benefits are good. Amazing work/life balance makes this company less stressful.

Its a small company so there is a limited vertical growth. Not located in silicon valley - which seems to be the problem for many people.
