I loved my manager and the work I did. Most employees are great!
Cons
Sadly, Human Resources is very unprofessional. HR treats staff members who are not managers as servants. Diversity and inclusion are paramount in today's workplace, but regrettably, this is not embraced nor demonstrated by HR at Aldersly. HR continually is not available to staff, is quite ignorant, does not value staff's needs, and does not respond timely, if at all. Almost every company I've worked for HR has been available and helpful; this is not the case at Aldersly. HR is consistently immature, ignorant, petty, condescending, and discriminatory. This is so weird, this is everything HR is not supposed to be?!
