Kind of sketchy - Anonymous employee Alea Software Employee Review

I have been working at Alea for many years and have enjoyed my time here very much. The people are fun and friendly and the culture is amazing, really can't be beat. The work and technology is interesting and fun, why wouldn't it be when you get to work with such awesome people.

There is really no cons worth mentioning.

There is a left over core group of people that keep the once vibrant environment still around, although shrinking considerably.

The company has been reducing size from 130 to 40 over the years. Top resources have left in the past year pursuing better opportunities at an alarming rate. Non transparent organizational structure, revenues are hidden and prospect of growth is poor.
