Pros
Aledade is a great place to work, overall. Leadership is inspiring, and the commitment to our values and mission is genuine. I've enjoyed working with my team and it feels good to know our work helps people. The company listens to feedback from its employees and clients and strives for continuous improvement.
Cons
Long hours, difficult work (could be a pro, if that's how you're wired), and it can be frustrating having to switch gears to new priorities repeatedly. I will say the company does actively work to address issues that come up and sometimes the need to "pivot" is real and it's just the way it goes sometimes.
