Pros
- Your co-workers will be extraordinarily smart people, that have worked with impressive companies you'd know (e.g., Amazon, Netflix, Google, Uber, etc). You can learn a lot from them.
Cons
- The systems they have in place are bulky & convoluted. They say that they're "an established company that moves like a startup". They move very slow to get the smallest projects done & run off of "feeling" than data. - There's a lot of distrust in leadership - They say that they hire people to be "innovative", but they don't want that. You'll be reprimanded if you try & you'll end up sticking with their antiquated status quo. - Very little to no career growth opportunities
