      Remote role, day shift only, no weekends or holidays, caring, attentive and actionable leadership, great work/life balance, fun team.

      Cons

      None. My leaving was personal and not a result of a bad experience at all.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
