      Work from home, decent pay & benefits, producers for the most part are knowledgeable and aren't jerks

      Cons

      Management has no experience in P&C and has no desire to understand our management system. Will straight up lie to you and just hope you let it roll off your back when the lie comes to the surface.

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
